We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Product Images and Condition

We strive to provide our customers with an accurate representation of the products we sell. There are instances where we provide our own product photography versus utilizing manufacturer stock photography. When we use stock photography, we utilize it with the understanding that these images were not produced by Corzic, LLC and there is a possibility that these images have been digitally manipulated. In these instances, the image's color, tone, contrast, or brightness may have been altered. We will attempt to provide accurate descriptions, but we are not responsible for inaccuracy in any product photography that is not produced by this company. Also, please be aware that any instrument made of wood (i.e. - ukulele, guitar, drums, etc.) may have variation in the wood grain pattern when compared to what is shown in the photography. When using stock images, the product delivered will not visually have the same grain pattern and color as the stock image on the website.

Many products sold as new with full manufacturer’s warranty will have been used in a demonstration video or as a floor display model in a retail music store environment and may have marks reflecting the light use in this case. These marks will typically be pick marks on pick guards or surface of the guitar, ukulele, etc. and stick marks on drumheads and cymbals. Any marks in excess of normal usage in a retail environment will be noted in the instrument description and where required the item will be listed as Used-Like New and will be sold without the manufacturer’s warranty. Modification to the Service and Prices

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

Errors, Inaccuracies and Omissions

Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. In the event that a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, we reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
