D'Addario Humidipak is a maintenance-free, two-way humidity control system designed for guitars. It automatically keeps the optimal 45%-50% relative humidity level within your instrument case, eliminating the need for manual adjustments or messy refilling of a humidifier. No more worrying about seasonal changes, geographic locations, or temperature variations. Please note that Humidipak is intended for restoring and maintaining instrument humidity, not for dehumidification in high humidity environments. If your instrument hasn't been previously humidified or is in a known dry condition, it's recommended to use Humidipak Restore to safely establish the proper humidity level before using the Humidipak Maintain System. Using Maintain packets on a dry instrument or case will significantly reduce their lifespan.
